Michaela Rolls Counselling Welcomes You

Person Centred Counselling is a type of counselling that puts the client in control of sessions.  You decide what we talk about and I will listen.  I believe you are the expert on your life, my job is to listen with empathy and without judgement.   I will help you to see the bigger picture, make connections so that you can identify blocks or things getting in the way of living your life. 

Couples Counselling helps couples explore the issues that are getting in the way of a loving supportive relationship.  Couples counselling is for anyone in a relationship no matter how long etc. 

I offer counselling to anyone over the age of 18.
